addiction recovery resources

Aristotle said, "Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all." Many of these resources contain a wealth of information and viewpoints from science to wisdom traditions. I've read or engaged in some way with most of these resources and include them here because of their value in educating my mind and heart. In some way, each of these resources has informed my way of moving through the world. You may find something helpful; you may not. Either way, I hope you find value in the journey, wherever it may lead.
